How to set up a Lunch Roulette
Ready to break the silos for good? Let’s set up your company’s Lunch Roulette and start to bring people closer together!
We have made it plain and simple, for you to save time.
STEP 1 - CREATE THE LUNCH ROULETTE
Click the Lunch Roulette button that is shown in your administration area, once you’ve login.
STEP 2 - CUSTOMIZE THE SETTINGS
Customize the six fields as it suits you. Remember: you can change it later if you need. When you're done, click the Create blue button.
*Number of people per group: our experience tells us that 3 is the optime number, but you decide what’s best for your company.
*Start date: in here you decide when the first Lunch Roulette will occur.
*Start time: set up the hour when the Wellbeing Warrior should communicate the lunch groups to the members. First, you will set up the hour, and then the minutes. We recommend some time between 9 and 11 am so that people can have lunch on that same day if they want.
*Duration in days: this establishes the number of days that the event is active. This means that when a member logs in Wellbeing Warrior, he or she will see the event as active during the number of days that you choose. We think that if you have a weekly lunch 1 or 2 days are enough, but if you have lunch once a month we recommend setting the duration to 7 days.
*Repetition interval in days: how often do you want to have a lunch roulette? You decide! Just multiple 7 (days) by the number of weeks you want apart.
- Once a week: 7
- Once every 2 weeks: 14
- Once a month: 28
*Allow Availability: this is selected by default. It means that the lunch is not mandatory, and the members can opt out. Unselect this field to make this a mandatory activity if you want it so.
STEP 3 - SIT BACK AND RELAX, OR EDIT IF YOU NEED IT
It’s done! If you want to change any of this parameters, click Edit Lunch Roulette, otherwise, let the magic happen, sit back and have a cookie, you earned it 😉
